Marta Hernández has a degree in Environmental Sciences (UAB, 2004 Barcelona) and Postgraduate in Hydrogelogy (CIHS, UPC, 2009 Barcelona). she is specialised in groundwater systems: their exploration and use, pollution processes and remediation alternatives, their planning and management, as well as the knowledge of the interrelation with other phases of the hydrological cycle and the environment. Currenlty is working in CETaqua (Water Technology Centre) in the Alternative Water Resources Deparment. Main tasks are management of groundwater research projects and contribution in the preparation of proposals for National, European founding (Life+, FP7) and internal projects. Development of technical activities (literature review, data analysis, technical and administrative reports…).
